Amphitheater at Clark County

As the newest and most highly engineered concert venue constructed in the Pacific Northwest during the last 12 years, the Amphitheater at Clark County sought Rocketshop's services to establish a brand that would resonate with young and old alike. Rocketshop provided brand design, marketing, advertising, web design, public relations and government affairs to ensure the 2006 season was their most successful yet.

C-TRAN

The logo and visual identity of the Clark County public transportation service had remained largely unchanged since C-TRAN's inception 26 years ago. Rocketshop was enlisted to revive the brand and reposition C-TRAN as a progressive agency solving the region's transportation challenges. An eye-catching identity package was developed, including a new logo, transit signage, bus wraps, business cards and letterhead. In addition, Rocketshop created a new C-TRAN website featuring an innovative Trip Planner that enables users to select a destination, choose different route options, and coordinate it all with Portland's Tri-Met public transit system. Response by the community has been overwhelming—ridership increased 13% in the first year alone.

Fujitsu

Fujitsu Computer Products of America, Inc. is an established leader in the document imaging market, featuring state-of-the art scanning solutions and services. Rocketshop was tapped by Fujitsu's Imaging Products Group to extend that leadership position within the healthcare arena. An audience-targeted campaign, comprised of print and online advertising, stepped outside the category's typical feature comparisons to speak directly to everyday concerns of today's healthcare professionals.

I-play U.S.

Selling mobile games to the infant U.S. market is no easy task. But when U.K.-based I-play Mobile Gaming wanted to do just that, they asked Rocketshop to lead the way. We looked at I-play's existing and limited placements and recommended a more cohesive and comprehensive media strategy. We took their previously developed mobile game ads and gave them a complete overhaul that resulted in eye-catching creative. Our savvy placements and smart creative resulted in 13 times the industry average click-through-rates.

Raindance

When Raindance needed to reach new customers in specialized horizontal markets in an extremely short timeframe, they turned to Rocketshop. We worked with the Raindance team to verify target segments, establish the media and communication strategy, and develop an integrated, cross-media, measurable campaign to reach 200,000 marketing professionals in three months.

Riverview Community Bank

Riverview Community Bank has provided personal and business banking to Southwest Washington residents for more than 82 years. To maximize revenue and profit growth goals while positioning Riverview as the leading community bank in Southwest Washington and the greater Portland metropolitan area, Rocketshop rolled-out a phased brand strategy and redesign initiative. Rocketshop leveraged brand awareness and customer segmentation research to fuel the development process. Deliverables included corporate messaging by audience and business unit, and brand guidelines and templates for key marketing materials (print advertising, in-branch signage, web site graphics, business materials and collateral).

Roku

Rocketshop regularly assists in launching new products. But, in the case of hardware and software pioneer Roku, the assignment was to launch a revolution. Roku was preparing for the imminent release of a new device, The Netflix Player, that would enable Netflix subscribers to instantly stream movies and TV episodes directly to their televisions. Under extreme time constraints, Rocketshop worked with the highest-level executives at Netflix and Roku to develop product messaging, microsite design and a customized e-commerce platform—key to Roku's direct-to consumer sales model. The strategic coordination of marketing, PR and other launch activities paid huge returns: Initial production of The Netflix Player sold out in just five days, with new product continuing to fly off virtual shelves well in excess of projections.

Schwinn Fitness

Schwinn Fitness (a Nautilus, Inc. brand) enlisted Rocketshop to concept and execute an online sweepstakes to promote Schwinn as a fitness brand with a full offering of high-quality goods for the entire family. The Schwinn Schweepstakes was born as a joint retail promotion and national sweepstakes with the goal of raising awareness for Schwinn's many indoor and outdoor products. The promotion was supported by a three tier prize structure and a tell-a-friend component. The response to the promotion exceeded client expectations, including over 20% of registered users opting in to receive more information on Schwinn products.

Sharp Microelectronics of the Americas

As agency of record for Sharp Microelectronics of the Americas (SMA), Rocketshop serves as "thought leader" for all marketing communications, strategic planning and implementation. No small task, considering SMA's worldwide customer base and the ubiquity of the Sharp brand. Rocketshop recently rolled out a brand refresh and advertising campaign to reinforce the company commitment to innovation, while adding congruency to all facets of SMA's customer, partner and employee communications. The new brand work included a comprehensive marketing plan, brand guidelines, website overhaul and advertising launch, as well as a Green Stewardship initiative and several other SMA internal assignments. According to survey results, the SMA brand now scores higher with intended customers than comparable efforts by Microsoft or Texas Instruments. Mission accomplished.

Skyline Sheet Metal

As an industry leader in the Pacific Northwest's competitive construction market, Skyline Sheet Metal recognized the need to have their identity updated to match the fine quality of work they produce. This was the driving force behind their decision to contact Rocketshop for strategy and design. During strategic planning and identity development, Rocketshop integrated the online channel into Skyline's marketing mix and this became the primary vehicle to roll-out the new identity while providing an important sales tool for the Skyline team. The Skyline site integrates informative content with stunning imagery that reflects their exquisite work. Skyline's site truly represents the position they have earned within the development community and continues to be an invaluable tool for the Skyline Sales team.

Southwest Washington Medical Center

Southwest Washington Medical Center is the third largest medical center in the region. With a wide spectrum of specialized medical services and a commitment to combining the most recent medical technology with a healing human touch, Southwest turns to Rocketshop for the creativity and marketing solutions necessary to keep them in their top-ranked position. Whether a campaign to inspire folks to move from their trusty arm-chair and out into the world to address their weight problem, or launching a wide-reaching multimedia campaign to promote tumor removal through the use the most serious Star-Trek technology we've ever seen (called Cyberknife), Southwest trusts Rocketshop with its brand, message and business goals. Our other campaigns have involved launching new wings of the hospital and taking a 149 year-old brand and giving it contemporary feel without sacrificing heritage.

Tripwire

Tripwire is the leading provider of configuration audit and control software, which reduces operational risk while ensuring network security and availability. Rocketshop launched an awareness campaign with audience targeted messaging. The campaign reinforced the need for enforcing IT change policy while announcing Tripwire's Enterprise 5.5 software release.

Tapwave

How does a company who has been purposely flying under the radar for two years suddenly go from unknown to having the "it" factor? That was one of the challenges Rocketshop faced when Tapwave asked us to help them with their go-to-market strategy and communications plan just a few months before the big company launch. Rocketshop developed and executed a comprehensive marketing and PR plan that addressed all aspects of the customer experience journey, including packaging, print advertising, online, radio, billboards and in-store.
